How It Works

ScanBreeze POS is a mobile-enabled self-checkout system that transforms how users shop inside malls and hypermarkets. By scanning a single store QR code at the entrance, users initiate their billing journey through our secure mobile app.

Single Entry QR Code

Each store has a unique QR code placed at the entrance. Once scanned, users are verified and directed to their virtual cart where they can start billing instantly.

Live Barcode Scanning

Customers use their phone camera to scan product barcodes. Items are added instantly to their cart with quantity and pricing displayed. Multiple scans add quantity automatically.

Flexible Payment Options

Supports UPI, credit/debit cards, EMI, pay-later, and wallet payments with real-time billing confirmation. Invoices are generated and stored in the app.

Cart Management & Offers

Users can manage their cart anytime, apply discount codes, review taxes, and monitor product count and bill value before checkout.

Security Guard Verification

Post-payment, users generate an exit QR code. The security guard scans this and instantly views the detailed invoice, product count, and item list to tally and approve the customer’s exit securely.

Admin Dashboard & Analytics

Store managers can monitor entry counts, scan patterns, product trends, cart sizes, peak billing hours, and live payment summaries through a dedicated dashboard.
